We understand that mental health is just as important as physical health, and we are committed to providing comprehensive care for our patients. Our team includes a Health Improvement Practitioner (HIP) and a Health Coach who work closely with our General Practitioners (GPs) to support our patients’ mental well-being.
Depression, self-harm, and suicidality are common issues that people discuss with their GP. If you are experiencing any of these feelings or other psychological problems, we encourage you to speak to your GP. The shame and stigma surrounding mental health conditions have greatly reduced in recent years, and your GP will take your concerns seriously and confidentially.
