Fifth Avenue Family Practice is one of the longest established practices in Tauranga, having served the community for over 70 years. We are situated close to the CBD of Tauranga.
Our second family medical practice site, 5th Ave on 10th, is situated at Suite 2, Promed House.
Both medical centres have free easy parking.
Our Medical Staff consists of seven General Practitioners and owner Doctors of the Practice, who are supported by eight General Practitioners, and two Nurse Practitioners with an interest in special areas as well as general practice.
Our Tauranga medical practice offer a wide range of services and are able to offer both routine medical appointments and also emergency medical or acute care.
Fifth Avenue Family Practice are proud to be a teaching practice committed to medical training excellence for future general practitioners and nurse practitioners.
A dispensing pharmacy is available on site at Fifth Avenue.
