We’re excited to share that our doctors are now using “Heidi”; an advanced AI tool designed to enhance efficiency and accuracy in patient care.

Heidi is a recording programme that sits quietly in the background on a doctor’s computer, transcribing the consultation into a clinical note. This allows the doctor to be fully engaged in the conversation rather than typing into a computer.

After the consultation, the doctor reviews and finalises the notes before adding them to the patient’s record.

All recordings are securely processed and automatically deleted after a set timeframe, with no direct connection to patient records, ensuring complete confidentiality and privacy.
